TechSpectrum's hiring process: First, we screen your application based on your skills. Next we contact you in a telephone conversation where you screen TechSpectrum (we must also meet your criteria). Then we schedule a face to face meeting. If you and TechSpectrum believe there's a good match, we go to the final step. That step is a conversation with our company's psychologist. It is not a test, but rather a conversation where the psychologist confirms your good fit with our organization. We do not receive a written report. All we receive is a verbal Yes or No with brief comments.
